Prices & Terms

The Coach House is available for rent for either short breaks or full weeks.

Current 2010 Prices are per week unless otherwise stated.
Jan :- £340.00
Feb :- Weekly £340.00 except half term week sat 13 – Sun 21 £400.00.
Mar : – £375.00
Apr :- First two weeks Easter £600.00 per week, then £495.00 per week.
May :- £595.00 per week, the last week is bank holiday and is £795.00
Jun :- £650.00
Jul :- £800.00
Aug :- £800.00
Sept :- £620.00 first week, then £595.00 per week.
Oct :- £495.00 per week, except 23 – 30 Half term £595.00
Nov :- £340.00
Dec : – £340.00 per week until Xmas and new year weeks on application.

Short breaks available price on application Two nights must start Fri or Sat.
Three nights must start Fri.
Four nights must start Mon
Bed linen and towels included.
None smoking.
Dog welcome must be well behaved and contained to kitchen and utility areas.
Heating supplement oil fired central heating of £15.00 per week from Oct – Apr
Cot available on request.
